Everything has done but Server is down error shows

Hey Venea,

I hope you are well. I purchased your Livestream plugin and set up everything given in the instructions file. and also set up my own turn server everything is working fine just issue in nodejs server given by your i started it through pm2 and it shows server is online but that is not online at 4001 port. i want to your guide to finalize it so please help me fix this issue.

Please forgive, but did you filter all the neccesarry ports to listen. Did you or your Hosting provider make sure the needed ports are open?

RDH007 Yes all the ports are working even the server port also shows the server online. even I disabled the firewall.

Rana The problem is because you used a subdomain for nodejs application, please see in config.ini file the app_serverurl. 😉

vaneayoung Thank you for this, but my domain is nerdplace.social . and my stun server url is stun.nerdplace.social stun / turn server is working also and also you can see the nodejs app is also working on 4011 port and status is "Server online" if you want to get more information then please let me know thank you

Rana Please check the information in config.ini file, and please keep in mind when you receive a ZIP via email you receive config.ini file configured, please just replace it with the default one. 😉

yes i was done this i recived the zip file in email where I read readme file and also open the ports and replace the config.ini file with original one at assist > veneayoung > livestram > ini directory. am I right.
